1985
LandBond astonished Canton market for designing & making the first set of wood furniture in domestic furniture industry by themselves completely. |
1986
LandBond`s Designing concept was popularized through launching “View of 1990`s furniture” campaign In 1986 indicating the “Designing Concept” was taken by furniture enterprise of China. |

LandBond was awarded 10 items of total 13 including 2 champions during national “LandBond golden ball award furniture design contest of China in 1992” and shocked the furniture industries of China.
“LandBond chair ( item NO. 9218)” created by LandBond itself 100% was honored as “the milestone of modern furniture of China” pushing Chinese furniture from NO DESIGN status to COPY and then REAL DESIGNING.
Began to build franchising chain store system indicating LandBond extended to the whole domestic market.
Participated “The 9TH HK furniture fair” for further development in the international market. |
1993
Created LandBond international logistics centre and held “Design from famous designer of china and foreign countries, today gather together in Landbond” activity which enabled LandBond to be showed with famous brands from Italy, Danmark, France, USA, Singapore ,Indonesia Countries as well as HK & Taiwan areas and made a big step on internationalization.
Brought forward the concept of “Manage and sale community” to consummate furniture franchising structure.
Electronic Business System concept was put forward and ACD was used for sales services, meanwhile, the computer was generalized in designing, sales, inquiry etc. The setting of Singapore, HK branches indicated the closer connection with overseas market.

Landbond Furniture Group Co. Ltd. was founded with the authorization of Guangdong Industry and Commerce bureau.

The opening of LB furniture Plaza focusing in full-orientation furnishing services indicated LB stepped into a new furnishing era .
LB Participated “Beijing light industry exhibition in 1999” as the only nominated representative of Canton Furniture Industry and obtained “Saloon best design award”
LB Concise Series launched the simplification storm in domestic market.

2000
Shanghai, Chongqing and Nanhai Landbond Furniture Square were opened one after another. This was the start and expanding of new different business condition.
Landbond Group passed the authentication of ISO9001 quality system.

2001
French furniture designer Mr JF Rolet took part in Landbond Group.
The brand of “Landbond” was recognized the famous trademark of Guangdong Province.

2002
Under the instruction of principle “High effective, centralized, flat “, we reformed the operating management and the organizational structure in Landbond Group.
“Development and strategy seminar of National dealer promotes the achievement in midseason in 2003” was open.

Landbond designed new furniture with a distinctive characteristic of Chinese-style! The CANAL TOWN & DRAGON SKY proposed a brand new style of household living and started a new era of China 's home furniture.
Landbond upgraded the terminal business mode, provided consumer with a more professional and better shopping environment, and leaded new trend of consumption. Landbond's products were recognized as “China Top Brand” Product. |
2007
Landbond attaches its enterprise mission closely with the social responsibility, been entitled as “China Advanced Light Industry Collective”, by PRC personnel ministry, PRC light industry league, and PRC general handicraft chamber. |
2008
The trademark Land Bond was certified “Well-know trademark in China” by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in China, marking the first one of “Well-know trademark in China” in the furniture industry in Guangdong.
The enterprise technology center of Land Bond Group has been passed by the provincial economy and trade committee, Guangdong Branch of Customs Administration, the provincial financial bureau and the provincial state tax/local tax bureau, and the first provincial enterprise technology center of furniture industry in Guangdong was established in Land Bond.
“Rubber wood-promotion and application in solid wood furniture” was conferred the grade I for science and technology progress by China Association of Light Industry.
2009
On the 23rd China Guangzhou International Furniture Expo, Land Bond was award the golden price for the best manufacturing technology and the golden price for materials application.
The north manufacturing/logistics base of Land Bond Group-the first stage of (Shandong) Chuangxin Industrial Park was put into production.
Testing Center of Land Bond Group was conferred the certification certificate by CNAS and the first home furniture enterprise conferred by the state laboratory. |
